CANCELATION POLICY
24 hour curtesy cancelation request.
Please let us know if your plans change at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. This allows us to use the kennel for other dogs.
ARRIVAL NOTICE
You will receive a call or text the day before your appointment to confirm drop off times. If your times change after that confirmation, you must call or text ahead of time with your new ETA. If you are significantly late, with out notifying us, your reservation will be cancelled. Same goes for early arrival. We must receive notice via text or phone call of your new ETA.
BEHAVIOR POLICY
If you have a dog that has severe separation anxiety, is an escape artist, or is destructive and aggressive, we ask that you do not reserve a spot at Park A Pooch. Please make other arrangements.
VACCINATIONS
Your dog must be current on vaccinations.
Vaccinations required:
DAPP: The DAPP Vaccine Protects Against Four Dangerous Diseases. DAPP stands for Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, and Parvo. They must also have their current Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations.
