Proof of current vaccinations are required and must be emailed at least 3 days ahead of time to parkapooch19@gmail.com

Vaccine requirements:

DAPP: The DAPP Vaccine Protects Against Four Dangerous Diseases. DAPP stands for Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, and Parvo. 

They must also have their current Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations. 

 

Also, if your dog requires special diet supplies or any medications, please include those.
